My 1st Turbo Fire workout ~ FIRE 30

I did my first FIRE 30 class today and absolutely loved it! It certainly is a step up in intensity from TurboJam and exactly what I need! I'm confident this program will help me shed my last 15 lbs!

Can't wait to do the INFERNO hopefully next week!

BRIAN TRACY'S 21 GREAT WAYS TO STOP PROCRASTINATING

1. Set the table: write goals and objectives ~ decide what you want above anything else!
2. Plan every day in advance
3. Apply 80/20 rule to everything ~ 20% of your activities will account for 80% of your results ~ focus on that 20%
4. Consider the consequences
5. Practice creative procrastination ~ know what can be put off that's not detrimental to your goals
6. Use the ABCD method continually ~ organize your priorities
7. Focus on key results area ~ and work on them all day
8. The law of THREE: identify 3 things that account for 90% of your contribution
